NewsU's Certificate and Digital Course Pack Programs give you a cost-effective way to augment your curriculum, assess student skills and take advantage of online learning. Both programs feature a selection of NewsU training courses that are bundled together with the course assignments, readings and assessments, and both give you more time to spend on teaching and less on administrative tasks. There’s also an educator dashboard that allows you to monitor students' progress within each course.

Certificates

Students who successfully complete the required assessments in a Certificate Program receive a Poynter Certificate of Proficiency. Within this program, there are two options: pre-selected certificates and custom certificates.

Digital Course Packs

Digital Course Packs gather self-directed training and assessments in a convenient package to supplement your syllabus. They combine NewsU's online training courses with two critical features for educators: tracking and assessments. You can assess your student's learning via multiple-choice quizzes and track information such as time spent and number of log-ons through the Instructor Dashboard.
